INTRODUCTION  (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):   Enrolling in a World University online course as a CEU student is a two-part process.  The first part is to apply for admission to our CEU Program.  The goal of this part is to make sure that you have the appropriate educational credentials and language skills in order to be able to participate successfully in our courses.  The second step of the enrollment process is to register for a specific course (or courses) and pay your tuition.  This form is the admission application.  When you have been accepted for admission, we will e-mail you a username and password that will allow you to register for courses and pay your tuition by using the Registration Gateway.

To apply to take one or more WorldU courses for Continuing Education Units related to nursing, counseling or social work, please read the following and complete the following four steps listed below.  World University in Ojai has been granted Institutional Approval to provide degree programs in accord with the provisions of California Educational Code(s) 94900 and 94915 by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary & Vocational Education.  It is the responsibility of all prospective CEU students to make sure that the courses selected from our catalog for CEU hours are appropriate for their particular licenses.  It is the responsibility of prospective students living outside of California to make sure that the courses selected will be accepted for CEU credit by their state, provincial or national licensing authorities.

    Step A.  For online programs, review the Computer-related Requirements for Online Programs.

    Step B.  Fill out Part One, below, of this application form while online, and click on the SUBMIT button to send Part One to the Registrar by e-mail.

    Step C.  Print a copy of this form by clicking on your browser's PRINT
    button, so that you will have a copy of the list of supporting
    documents required.

    Step D.  Gather, copy and/or compose, as appropriate, the various documents, essays and/or written statements required in Part Two of this application and mail them to:
